1. Overview

RRPG Traders ("we", "our", "us") operates a trade automation platform accessible at rrpgtraders.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using our service.

Payment information — processed securely through a third-party payment provider. We do not store card details.

4. Data Security

Your brokerage credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. Decryption occurs only within our secure server-side infrastructure to facilitate trade execution. We do not expose your credentials to any third party beyond your brokerage's own API.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:

With your connected brokerage, as required to execute trades on your behalf.
With our payment processor, to manage your subscription billing.
When required by law or a valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke brokerage access at any time from within your account settings.

We use essential cookies only — for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

The Service connects to your personal brokerage account using credentials you provide. We are an automation tool only — we are not a broker, investment advisor, financial planner, or trading signal provider.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform or in any communication from RRPG Traders constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions — including the alert conditions and rules you configure — are made solely by you. You bear full responsibility for any trades executed through the Service.

4. Trading Risks

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Automated trading does not eliminate this risk. RRPG Traders makes no representation that the Service will result in profitable trades or prevent losses. You acknowledge that:

Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Automated systems can experience technical failures, latency, or errors.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and the bot's activity.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Brokerage Connection

By connecting a brokerage account, you authorize RRPG Traders to place trades on your behalf per your configured rules. You may revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly through your brokerage. We are not responsible for trades that execute before a revocation is processed.

8. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRPG Traders shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or financial damages arising from your use of the Service, including those caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in your configured alerts. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to engage in market manipulation, fraudulent trading, or any activity that violates applicable laws or your brokerage's terms of service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
